RAY PLUGIN IN ADMIN NOT WORKING

I don't know why, but in my admin panel, the Ray Plugin link shows as "javascript void(0)".  This window will not pop up, so I can edit Ray plugin settings.  It used to work with no problem.  Any ideas?

Do you have latest java installed and is it enabled in your browser?

No one had an answer for me.  Boonex support tried several things which didn't work.  Ended up that my host did not fully support Dolphin.  Moved to another host and everything is dandy.

I had this problem before and was able to fix it by replacing the ray/modules/global/data/integrations.dat file with a backup copy. Somehow during an upgrade of Ray it became corrupt and the admin panel would not open.
