 I got a remove ads license for my site, now the ray chat is not working with RMS. It was working before I got the license. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi mate, I have the same issue and just found this in some doccumentation on Ray AD Free / Free versions and what you need to do to fix it...http://www.boonex.com/trac/ray/wiki/GenRayFAQs In a nut shell it says this: 4. Please consider that if you replace Free Chat, IM, Boards and Video Recorder with their Ad-Free versions, you won't be able to use BoonEx RMS anymore. You will have to install your own RMS. Here you can learn the RMS installation instructions. So what they are saying is that you need to set up yur own Ray media server on your server using Red5 or flash and they give you the instructions to do so. But, even with the free verision and using the Boonex Ray media server the chat still doesnt work. Regards, Scott |
