Quickmenu hover lagging bad

The quick menu hover that comes up on the main page when you roll over use names is taking way to long to load.  Sometimes i have to hover well over 5 second before it comes up.  Other times i have to hover 3 secs and remove the mouse before it appears.  It needs to be changed to where the quickmenu appears upon roll on to be useful.

And if anyone doesn't konw what I'm talking about its the over menu that looks like below.  (It worked well in beta 7)

I never knew it existed until you told me.  That's why I started the other thread.  It would never occur to me, to hover on a thumbnail for 3-5 seconds to see if anything happens.

default is set to 3 => change it to 0 will reduce the waiting time
