Quick Search

i need some help on editing my quick search. I need to earse everthing on it now and add:

Car Year(from and to)

Car Make

Car Model

Within(miles from zip)

Edit it in the file templates/base/scripts/BxBaseIndex.php

yes i know that but i need help with some coding. Like what i can safely remove and exactly what to type to add the new fields

For this to work that new fields should be available in the normal search.

if anyone can offer advice on why my "seeking" field is now empty, I would greatly appreciate it

I changed the  predefined values for all the search . They work fine in the main search but my quick search is busted.

Don't remove, just comment them out.

Can you show us what needs editing? The code to look for so that we can change it according to what's needed?
