I have a clarification question for acceptable use of the Boonex forums. I have just had a truly horrible and absolutely shocking experience with a hosting services provider who was formerly on the list of Boonex hosting partners and currently continues to advertise itself as a Boonex Dolphin expert hosting service. This company double-billed my account for my hosting service, and when I asked them about correcting their error and refunding the excess amount billed to my credit card on their error, not only did they refuse to do so, they deactivated my hosting account. This is service that only sells one-year prepaid in advance hosting packages, so we are talking about $600 here.
Their boldness in such blatant theft of $600 is not only appalling, it suggests to me that this company likely has done this before with other Dolphin users. I am in process of filing complaints with governmental consumer agencies and local law enforcement office in the community they are located in. I would like to warn other Boonex community members and encourage others to report similar experiences if they have had them to the appropriate agencies. Is it permissible for me to do this and name the hosting company here on the Boonex forums?
