Notifications and Newsfeed is probably the most powerful way to keep people interested, subscribed and 'notified' of their interests.
On Facebook, if you become fan of a Business Page, you will see the activity of the Business Page right on your profile news feed.
And that's why big and small businesses alike are spending to get those "Likes".
In one of my Dolphin sites (7.0.9), I have EVO Newsfeed by IBDW.

It's a nice wall that shows activities of your friends.
Then we have modzzz's Group style modules like Business Listings, Schools etc...

YES, currently the activities in modzzz's Group-style-mods do show up on EVO Newsfeed wall.
Facebook Business Pages have their own wall that looks like the profile walls.
So we got Scriptologist's Multi-Wall.

All of the mods's above are awesome.
But they are not integrated.
The integration is I believe through the Dolphin "Spy Module" or system or whatever it's called.
So if someone writes on the wall (Scriptologist's Multi-Wall) of a Business Page (modzzz's Business Listing), it would be great if it could show up on the profile pages (IBDW's EVO NewsFeed) of the fans in the Business Page.
I have been trying to study the the Spy Module and code needed to integrate such.
Any suggestions or anyone interested in taking up the challenge for a fee please chime in.
