Profiles , Video , Photos : Errrors

Hey Everyone

i realy need help from u guys if u can help me with this

i get all this errors on the Site Stats block on each menu and on the menu bar on top 2

everthing is working only that is the big problem on the site the chat is working can u tell me how to fix this problem

Common problem. Has to do with the permalinks not working. Missing .htaccess file, or server not supporting it.
