Profile view checkAction() fatal error.

I just attempted to upgrade my 7.09 installation that has 3rd party mods from the boonex market installed to a 7.1 install.  I upgraded my 3rd party mods for 7.1 prior. When trying to view member profiles or my own I get this error message

checkAction() fatal error. Unknown action ID: 1

That is all it says for any member I attempt to view. I have no idea where to start or why this is happening.

I am dead in the water here until I get an idea of whats happened here. What does the error mean? Even a starting point would be helpful. I'll consult my host to see if its a configuration error.

Try to de-activate blocks in admin page builder for profile page to determine the block which cause this.

It maybe that the block belongs to some module - which will give some clues where is the source of the problem.

Even a starting point would be helpful.

Excellent starting point Alex. It was the "Actions" block that triggered the error. I suppose a 3rd party module has conflicted with this? Thanks a lot. This is my first progress with this.

I have ibdw mega profile, 1 col, and 3 col so the actions block is not important for me. Now when I try to save the results from a profile edit I get this error message,

Fatal error: Call to undefined function ForbidenEmailProvider() in /home/www/mysite.com/inc/classes/BxDolProfileFields.php(388) : runtime-created function on line 1

I dont think this has anything to do with it but line 388 starts like this and ends at 394.

        $sFunc = create_function( '$arg0', $sCheck );

        if( !$sFunc( $mValue ) )
            return false;

        return true;
    }
