Profile photos missing

They were there a week ago, now all of the profile photos are gone. Any idea what happened?

Profile Photos are determined by album name, which is "name's photos" by default. If you change this name to some other - then old albums became regular albums and only newly automatically created profile albums with new name will be shows as profile photos.

 Thanks for responding. I have not changed a thing. its as if an update went out that changed the location of the profile pics. I have mods that no longer show pictures, new profiles and ads that were created in the past 2-3weeks have no profile pics. 

I have had users say this is happening also i am running 7.1

 Yeah, This is a strange one because I'm still using 7.0.9. It just started happening.

Constants BX_AVA_URL_USER_AVATARS and BX_AVA_EXT are not defined. It only happens to couple pics.

I might be wrong.

 http://www.peachmate.com/index.php  If you look at the members block you can see that none of the recent members have photos, also, ads that once had photos no longer have them.
