Profile name under member is not coming up

Hi

I have an issue with not showing the members name, instead it is showing the name Files.

See here:

http://www.onlyheavymetal.com/OHMetal. In the top it says file, instead of OHMetal

Any idea?

Thanks

Edwin

Hi

You misunderstood me. I can see the profiles.
That is not the problem. In the top next to your icon above profile you see the name " Files" That is wrong, that should be the name of the member.

Yes, the problem is not with the template.

Any ideas?

give some time review the problem and try to duplicate.

I have never seen this one.

Please be patient and perhaps we can duplicate the problem.

Did your site do this from the start? Did you notice a change after a particular module install or a change you might have made and not realize it affected the site?

No idea. I always thought is was like that, until i saw it in the demo.

I removed some of the scripts i installed to see if that was doing it. Same problem after removal

I replaced all the template/base/script files and the same in my template with original ones.
Still getting the same error.

The same function (i guess it is) is working in my band page (module)

I've had these "needle in a haystack" situations and they are never easy to figure out. I would start by looking at /inc/profiles.inc.php and see if a variable got replaced with the word "Files". You can also download the whole site to your home computer and search for the word "Files" using something like "Total Commander".

If anyone else knows exactly where that variable is located it would narrow your search down a lot. I'm leaning towards /templates/base/scripts/BxBaseProfileView.php , /inc/profiles.inc.php or profile.php
