Profile menu is a mess

I probably should know this, but why is that menu above the profile in my site such a mess (see attached).  How do I clean that up?  It even has items on it like "sounds" that I don't even use.   It really detracts from the site. 

Wait, I think I found it.  I added a new mod, and it added one of those pink items to the navigation menu builder. I can remove items, but it is still a mess.  Items that have two words are splitting as shown in the attachment.  Is there a fix for this?
