I would like to say there is one thing that I dislike and have had many complaints about. It is like an act of congress to add a simple image to your profile. This should be something that is simple and completed at account creation. Not adding an avatar and then going to hunt around and find out how to add a profile image. I have had at least 1000 people on one of my sites tell me how they hate this. This should be something that is fixed as having a site with thousands of people and no profile pics looks like crap.
As I said it should be a simple profile pic set at account setup just like with FB, people do not like to dig around to figure out how to add an image. This is not the same as making the profileimage a requirement this is the fact it truly needs to be setup so the image is simply set with the upload...
