Profile Sounds & Profile Videos?

In the Page Builder for Profile page, I saw a Profile Sounds block and a Profile Videos block. What are they for?

I put them in the Active Blocks but nothing showed up.

You have to move them into the columns on the profile page for them to show up.  They are just so members can have sounds or videos on their profile page.

 I already put them into the columns but nothing shows up. Refresh cache but still nothing.

Those blocks won't appear unless they have content to display.  Upload some content to your profile video, or embed, and see if it appears on your profile page.
