Profile Picture - Can't Change it

Ok.. so I installed the software. I logged in as admin and then clicked on the option to add a profile picture.  I uploaded the photo but it doesn't stick. The little avatar of a missing person is still showing.

I would think this would be one of the easiest things to quickly do.

Any thoughts.

Never mind. I figured it out. Here is what I did in case anyone wants to know. Plus there was nothing listed in the forums. 

Upload your photo to your profile photos section. Then you have to create a AVATAR with that picture..

I thought it would have been a little more easy like 1, 2, 3.
