Profile Photos size and layout

Hi all.

I placed the profile photo on a left collumn and tried to resized this collumn to 25%, however the Photo size are too big and they got cut.
Where can I set up Profile Photo size?

Also, how can I place Profile Photo small thumbs under the Photo instead the default room that is over the photo?  Can we just remove those thumbs in a easy way?

Thanks for any help

Hi.  I posted that a time ago, but I still can't figure out those sizes-settings.  Is on CSS?

here is the image before and after.
1- In before, the Profile Photos block has those small thumbnails.  I want to remove them.

2- Also, if you go to Administration > Page Builder > Account.  You can see that the Left Collunm has 34%.
I want to make it 25%..   But when I do that, the Photo Profile does not fit in.  Some part of the picture is missing.
