Profile Photos link 404 ERROR

I am having this 404 error when someone tried to view the profile photo gallery of another member. When clicking the thumbnail/or image title it goes to a 404 not found.

Any suggestions?

Disable permalinks and rebuild navigation menu (that it apply new links by permalinks state)

I seemed to have fixed this

I had to re-upload ViewPhoto.php

its working okay now

I have re-enabled permalink
