Profile Photos Upload but won't display

Hi!

When I logged into Admin today, I see there are five profiles that have uploaded new profile photos, and are awaiting approval.  However, they are displayed all as white boxes.

I logged in as my profile and uploaded a photo.  The Upload part works, but when I press 'Upload', it says 'No file found' and then in Admin, there is a white box.  I uploaded two photos, got two boxes.

Any ideas how to fix this?  Nothing like this has happened before.

I'm using 6.1.6 on a PC and cleared my cache before testing.

I am using 7.0.3 and I had the same problem. When a photo was uploaded it just shows a black box (I am using a dark template). I finally tried to disable "watermark" and suddenly photos were now uploading perfect.
