Profile Photos Gallery image link 404 ERROR

I am having this 404 error when someone tried to view the profile photo gallery of another member. When clicking the thumbnail/or image title it goes to a 404 not found.

Any suggestions?

Open the file .htaccess in the root and place the contents from a new dolphin pack. Also make sure your server supports mod_rewrite.

Please use search, this is standard issue with .htaccess (mod_rewrite)
