I used the Fields Builder to add a new item to the profile with a data type of "Date". The field added fine, but when you go as a user to enter data into the new field, the date picker comes up, and the years are limited on the high and low end. I found that the high/low bound for the year was based on my settings for min/max age in Admin Advanced Settings. I really need to be able to select a FUTURE date, guess I could try a negative value for age?
Another problem is that when the date field that I added, comes up in the search options, it doesn't allow you to enter a date...
Any advice?
