Profile Customizer Administration

Im having problems changing my background I want to do a fourth of july theme but cant seem to change my theme. I posted 3 before and tried to delete them and still having problems, I contacted my web server and they told me its a boonex problem, i contacted boonex and they sent me here so here i am.
