Profile Comment block not showing

profile comment block not showing on profile can anyone help... here is my problem in admin i could see profile block but when i go to profile to tested i don't see the block.

Okay in your admin @ http://Yoursitename.com/administration/pageBuilder.php?Page=profile click the "Profile Comments" there will be a pop up box block then tick the Visible for: guest and member then save it.
