Problems with my video's

Hello everybody!

Hope you're all doing fine.

I have a little problem and I hope that someone can help me.

I have installed Boonex yesterday, all went great during the installation.

Today, I'm trying to upload my first video's which it is constantly giving me an error, and I cannot find the real problem.

At first, I tried to upload a 25MB video.

I received an alert, saying that the max. upload size could only be 20MB.

No problem, I tried to upload a 15MB video and thought that my problem would be solved, however this gave me another error.

Maybe it was because of the upload limit, and changed that to 200MB, but this is still not helping me.

All my video's, no matter how big they are in size, upload to 100 procent in less then 5 seconds.

When I finally reach 100 procent, I'm receiving an error (without any other information)

I'll add 2 printscreens, one during the upload, and one from the error.

Can someone please help me?

Try less than 2MB to check.

Then you make sure ffmpeg.exe has permission 777

Also the files folder should have permission 777

Edit your php.ini to max your video upload.

Hello Diddy,

thank you for your kind reply.

Permissions are correct for all files.

I have checked my php.ini file via http://www.yoursite.com/admin/phpinfo.php but I have no idea how I can edit it? I cannot seem to find it back in my C-panel...

However, this file has been set correct as well to 200M upload size limit.

you should ask your hosting company about this information where php.ini is located

I was thinking the same, and asked it while I was adding my last reply.

They sure help me very fast, and I received all information.

I have edited my php.ini file, but I am still having the same problem, while everything seems to be correct.

I cannot find any problem, but I still cannot upload any video's...

but it is uploading pretty slow, this might be the issue.

I would suggest that you contact Rayz, he is a Ray pro and this few bucks are worth it what you might have to pay him.

I'm uploading right now a 15MB vid and it is really slow.

It could be that your anti virus software at your server is running a check and therefore the video upload does not work. I had this issue yesterday on my pc and got error file uploading, then I stopped my scan and all was fine.

OK, my 15MB vid is uploaded as well.

Let me know when I should delete them :-)

It's great that you were able to upload a video (no need to apologize, I'll delete it)

And I was finally able to upload a video of 35MB as well, however, both your uploaded video and my uploaded video don't play.

When you push the play-button, it stays on 0 seconds.

Am I the only one having that problem, or can you see your video playing?

If you click on my video, does it play?

I noticed that your video's is 26 seconds, because it appears inside the box, but my video says: 0.00 seconds / 0.00 seconds...

Hi Diddy,

well, first of all, thank you for your help, I appreciate it!

My video uploaded very fast, however, I noticed that none of the uploaded video's are playing...

You can only see the thumbnail but that's it.

You can delete them after I found out how to let them play LOL

The video's are actually playing?

Gmbl, here it won't.

It stays at 0 seconds, and it won't play any further.

Looks like the problem is my computer then.

If they're playing, you can delete them!

Thank you, Diddy!

Can I give you a rep+ or doesn't it work that way, here on Boonex?

THANK YOU!

Problem solved Cool
