Problems with IM and Presence

I am using Firefox most up to date version. My site is working okay but Ray IM and Presence do not seem to be bringing anything up all I get is the in progress icon. Is there somehting I have not done, all licenses are current.

Are you using rms?  Does your chat works properly?

Can you give us a link to your site and test account for checking?

Same thing here.  I'm not using RMS

Chat, Video, etc... all works properly for me.  It's just IM/My Presence
