Problem with z-index in Chrome on Desktops

I've run into a problem with my log-in stuff getting hidden under an image from my template on my log-in page. It's not happening on my phone, only on my desktop and under both Chrome and Firefox. It seems like it just started.

I might be able to fix it if I knew whether it was a problem with the template or with the log-in contents. The header is impacted also, or maybe it is all in the header.

Any help would be appreciated.

As you are running a custom template, without a URL so the site can be examined it will be impossible to tell where the problems is. You also will need dolphins caching turned off during diagnoses.

As always, hard to help if we don't know where to look.
