Problem with update to 7.1 Beta 2

  I`m not seeing where to run this: "Apply all available updates. The script detects suitable updates automatically." If you know where to run this from, please help me. I don`t have this option in step 4...why?

it just means go to  yourdomain.com/upgrade  and click the upgrade link then click yes i am really sure..... 

 unfortunately no....when I go back to page: yourdomain.com/upgrade , I received the following message: Page not found. Why? Please Help

You will get page not found if step 2 was not done. Remove the .htaccess file from the upgrade folder. So, you need to double check to make sure you removed it.
