Problem with Ray module

I have just installed dophin 6.1 + ad free ray 3.5 on my server I tried to register the ray module with a licence from Unity and it doesn't work.
So I removed the ray folder, downloaded and tried install it again from http://www.boonex.com/products/ray/ but neither of the files will open. How can I get a full working ray again??
