Problem with Order in Market

Previous experience, items ordered usually takes less than 2 minutes to access download. Except one, within an hour or so... filed a report and nothing. Also, it's been more than 48 hours and still cannot access to download. Was ready to roll up my sleeves... two wasting days, not cool.

I have contact the vendor. This person emailed me the product, which is ok but still. Why am I not able to download directly? This still needs to be fixed.

It maybe that product is not processed automatically, then vendor can process it manually and you can download it from the site. 

Ask vendor to process your order manually, so you will be able to download it from the product page.

Yes, It's not clear if vendor is aware of the situation, hope after your instructions vendor will get this.
