Problem orca forum

I have a problem. Both foru that groups give me the same error. (Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67,108,864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 38869th bytes) in / web / htdocs / sito.com / home / orca / inc / util.inc.php on line 236 ).
How can I resolve.

its more a php related problem. The script has not enouch memory to do the task. 
Now you can do one thing, if you are on a dedicated or VPS hosting, update the memory in your php.ini and restart your http server after that.

If you are on a shared hosting, you can ask your hosting if they will upgrade your memory for this. (mostly not)
Normal must be 8 mb enoch (standard in php)

Dear i am having Forum Problem In Group and in main forum of my network. i create a forum and when i click in it , loading start and it disappear. i can not post any topic in forum.. and problem in Group forum which everyone is talking about

One Strange thing which i notice today is when i visit the group from my admin profile group forum was working prefect then i login to a member profile i got this error again.
