Problem keywords language "bx_text"

I have a menu that is working perfectly, but when I use the tool to customize (background, font, color) after save or preview the key words (<bx_text:_Menu_info />) indioma to stop working, does anyone know solve?

Looks like the tool you are using to customize templates converts or masks some characters, like (<), (>), etc in the special code. After that Dolphin's Template parser cannot recognize the code and perform related actions properly.  What tool are you using?
