Problem by creating a new page

Hello

I have problem by creating new page. I want to add such a block of html on this page but it's not at all successful. Nothing in this addition does not respond. What could be the reason? Please help

May be you have some JavaScript error on the page. It doesn't allow Page Builder's JS to work correctly. Try to enable FireBug in FireFox and reload the page.

Thanks for reply. Unfortunately it did not help. I use firefox browser. But I also checked the explorer and chrome but it does not work. Active Blocks are inactive but only when it comes to creating a new page. In other works fine. Are there any other ideas how to fix this?

Are you sure that you added at least one column after the New Page was created? If not, Page Builder won't allow to add blocks.

P.S. If you did everything correctly and still had no luck, you may provide me with Dolphin admin panel access info via PM and I'll try to help you.

In fact, I added a column .. it helped .. sometimes I forget to add the simplest of things. Thank you very much .. my oversight :)
