Problem With Flash Rotator Banne ron 6.1.4

Hi,

I am having a little problem that someone may be able to help me with, I am almost completed my community and whenever I go onto the link, half the image in the flash image rotation is cut off, but if I click refresh, then it appears fine. What causes this? here is a screenshot of the image cut off and one image screenshot of it appearing fine:
