Probable BUG 7.0.4 - 7.0.5 - No actions restore on Membership Levels

I tested both on 7.0.4 and on 7.0.5 that for instance by limiting the maximum number of pictures equal to any number, after reaching this limit, if I delete and remove some pictures and try to add other images, the system will continue to block insert operation.

And 'as if they are returned to their shares granted in membership and in fact I have also verified that the database field ' ActionsLeft ' on table' sys_acl_actions_track ' is not updated when the images are removed and the block and then left.

This is a bug on application or only happens to me, has anyone ever had the same problem occurred or that?

Yes membership actions is not cleared when you'll delete photos from example. But we will think about it, thank you.

We checked some things, but our current membership is not allowed clear actions for removed objects.
