Private Content showing up in Hot or Not

Couldn't find anywhere this was mentioned before..

Members of my network reported private content showing up in the Hot or Not section.. After they rate it, it shows up in the "previously rated" side panel with a Pad Lock image indicating that the content was private and yet it shows up with the ability to rate and view in that section.. Plz fix :)

Very strange issue because this string in constructor of BxPhotosRate class is responsible for adding restriction for visibility:

$this->oMedia->aCurrent['restriction']['allow_view']['value'] = $this->oMedia->oModule->_checkVisible();

It exists in 7.0 Dolphin - check ur site.
