Privacy in files module

when adding file, folder--- with choice who can view---me only .

The file is appearing in timeline, furthur it is available for download

Is this the case when not logged into the site as well ?

In that case visitor can view but can't download.

One more, empty text file is showing error message after submission

I found that it has to be a few k in size.  people attempt to upload 0k or 1k files to exploit the server so sometimes it will reject it.   

When uploading empty file it is showing

_bx_files_size_error

It is supposed to show some text message

Can't reproduce issue with privacy.
