Not sure how that works.  Both default mobile apps for Dolphin can be downloaded from their respective locations.  For the sources (e.g., rebranding, modifications, etc.), you can look in the market for custom development services.  Some of those developers will also upload the modified apps to the application stores.

Go to the market and click "Search" towards the top left. Then search for "mobile app". You'll find several people offering their service to re-brand the mobile app. It looks like they range from $109 to $270.

Installation service from Boonex is not for the mobile. There is a generic mobile app that can be used on the mobile phone to access any Boonex Dolphin website that you are a member. You have the option to rebrand the mobile application to display on the Android and Apple marketplaces. The rebranding could use a direct link to your sites. You can name the app. Most use their website name. Using of the website name is called Branding.  If you have a developer rebrand the mobile app provide by Boonex, you maybe able to customize the app more towards your colors, icons, features. There are some fees associated with  listing your apps on the marketplace for both Android and Apple. Apple I believe is a annual fee Android one time fee. Before sending in a app you must apply for a developers license from both Apple and Android. Hope this helps you understand the process, as I see it.

Once you have paid for a prime license, you can download the source codes that you can pay someone to modify to your liking, for a fee. The source codes are located by clicking on the white person figure on the top right of this page. Then click on accounts then click on prime packages. The downloads are on the right. There you can see the source codes for Android, Iphone, desktop and the installation ticket request if you need help installing the main Dolphin site.

Previous post by me:

Dolphin Software License - These licenses are BLUE in color and labeled 'Permanent License'. These are ONLY for the Dolphin software. You enter this license within the admin panel of your website.

Dolphin Mobile License - The licenses are BLACK in color and labeled 'Mobile'. These are ONLY for the Android and iOS mobile apps. In order to 'register' these license, you must click the license and enter the Google Play and/or iTunes URL where your mobile app can be downloaded.

So if you wanted to customize your mobile apps to fit your site:

Click the license, download the source files for the specified OS, customize, then once complete upload it to the appropriate stores. There is a 1 time developer fee of $25 for a Android developer license and a yearly fee of $99 for iOS developer license (these prices may have changed since I done it). Once upload and approved, you should be able to go to iTunes and/or Google Play on your PC, find your app and copy the links to add to the Mobile license for registration.
