1 year = 12 months
A premium membership can be purchased for $99
So.......
$99 divided by 12 months - equals $8.25, does it not?
So why does it say "Starting from $10 / Month" in the sales pitch?

did you see the one that starts at $20 per month for Premium Membership? It's on here too. Boonex says it's a typo they're looking to fix. |
first when i saw that screenshot of yours i thought "$10 a month, but buy for a year and get it at a discounted price". that was my take on it anyways. |

You want to present your customer with the sweetest deal first, so it should read "Starting from $8.25 a month" if they chose to do a year, and offer the $10 a month as a more expensive alternative for going month to month.
