Predefined Value issue

Quick Question --

I have a Predefined Value list for States for the United States.  However, perhaps the link is broken but now regardless of what country is chosen, the United States list seems to be permanently there and present (even if a new user doesn't select a Country, the United States list is there).

It used to work just fine.  Any ideas what could have happened or how to fix it?

Are you using a dependent field mod?  Send a link and I'll take a look at what you mean.
