Post to timeline not displaying on homepage

Hi guys,i used a php block to copy the post to timeline block from profile to homepage,it works perfectly with admin account,but it doesnt seem to work using user account,and i dont think the problem is from the block i used to copy it because i have used the block to make other blocks,please help.
