Post New or Articles from Front End of Site?

I am wondering if there is a way that if an admin is logged in, can they post news or articles from the front end of the site?  Do you always have to go to the admin area to post news or articles?  I am finding it strange the other users can't go into an article category and post content to be approved or automatically approved?

Yes.

Go to admin->Builders->Page Builders.  Select the Homepage from drop down menu.  From there drag the HTML blocks you want (latest articles, news, featured articles, etc).  Now when someone post somethign that is auto approved in articles it will post on the front page as a recent article.  As an admin you can mark articles as featured and they will be on the front page as featured articles.

Thank you for your reply, but thats not what I am looking for.  I want people to be able to insert new news.  Basically is there a way I can make a few other users moderators and allow them to be able to post news or articles without giving them access to the admin area to insert it.

I don't see where you can add a new article/site news on the main site (NOT ADMIN CONSOLE).

I believe this is an admin feature only. So is article, but Modzzz has a great module for articles (Ultimate Articles) that will allow any member to add an article to the site.

Hope that is what you are looking for?
