Possible security attack ??? Blog post editing ???

Alright, now this seems a bit ridiculous to me. What do I have to do in order to avoid receiving messages like this when a logged in member is editing their own blog post? What's the purpose of setting permissions, passwords, and logins for members if messages like this show up all of the time?

Possible security attack!!! All data has been collected and sent to the site owner for analysis.
