The module was updated. Issues with Keys browsing were fixed. 

Some Dolphinbeginner Questions:

a) Where are the translated language keys stored?

b) And what about reinstalling a module?

I use Dolphin 7.3.5, Premium+ hosted, core english files + paan-de german SIE version

The module doesn't add its own storage for languages and language keys. It works with default Dolphins language files which are stored in the database and cached in php files. The module is a tool for site administrator which makes the work with default language files more user friendly and more faster. So, you may reinstall the module in any time you need.
