Member polls aint working, take a look at the photo and I hope someone got any advice how to solve..

As you can see it on the picture, the questions and answers aint showing on the member polls only the admin polls is showing.
Ps. the admin on that picture is just a simple user(not administrator)
And there is a error on the botom left of the browswer as you can see..:
