Polls Bug Report

I was creating a poll from my profile.  When I saved the poll my menu ( Profile - Account - Logout ) had become inactive.  So I clicked the refresh button and suddenly I had TWO identical polls.  I thought this was curious so I tried the refresh button again and.....YEP!!  THREE identical polls!  Me think's it's a bug :) 

I have not experienced this problem with Polls.

Have you been able to figure out what happened?

 It's very easy to recreate.
Fill out a form for a poll....
Click the create button...
Now refresh the page and Walah!
You now have two identical polls.
