Poll people can vote more than once

Oke this under RC3 
I have seen that members or others can vote more then once. 
Its only for members of the site, visitors can't
Are there more who have detected this?

This sort of useless modules make a script not better. sorry to say this.

I don't know how Doilphin stores the information on a poll vote but I have experienced problems like this with almost every forum or portal I have ever built.

I have a question. Does Dolphin store the vote information in the database or does it rely on the users cookies to store the info? I have seen many sites where just by clearing your cookies, you can vote repeatedly.

I have also noticed that this site (Boonex) is always forgetting that I asked it to save my info (cookie) and once I relogon, It clears all my view information.
