Please, help me with cron set up

I am abit messed

Dolphin 6 crons was more cleared for me

Anyway..

Here is the line i get during d7 installation:

***** cd /home/proket/public_html/b55/periodic; /usr/local/bin/php -q cron.php

I have cPanel.

Am i doing it right?

Just inserting that line into 'Command' of crons?
