What are the file and directory permissions for your installation? Also, are you getting a certain error, or just a blank screen?

This issue usually happens when your file and directory permissions are out of line. What are they (in numeral values)?

I'll try and save you some time: set the files and directories under your video and sounds directories under ./flash to 644 and 755, respectively.

Hm, I recently suffered this issue on an Arvixe server. The issue was that the server didn't like the permission settings.

Try setting these values for your permissions: http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/DetailedInstall70#Permissions
