Can someone out there give me a quote and a mockup what it will cost to do a customized Pinterest type layout using the Kazatzo Image news layout integrated with the following 2 Mods:

We would like to have a site similar to Cnn iReport that using the above three mods with a Pinterest type layout.
These mods will ultimately allow members to post new/articles and pictures like on CNN iReport.com using the Boonex framework.
What we are seeking:

- Mockups
- Timeframe to complete the project
