Pictures not working

User pictures on my site are not working. They are on the server 100% right, but they do not show on the site. Perms and links to pics seem to be sound, but I cannot seem to get it to work right.

I seem to have fixed it. I changed the default image for a user having no picture and it broke it. When I swapped it back, it was fixed. Good thing noone jumped on this in the past few days.
