Picture not deleted in picture section

We have another issue. When a user uploaded a picture the picture is shown in his timeline and in the picture section. When the user deletes the picture, the picture is not shown any longer in the timeline but still in the public picture section?

Any idea, why?

Just to be sure, was it deleted directly from the timeline? If you visit the photo under the Photos module, it still shows and everything? You should be able to delete it from there.

You can delete entries from the timeline to remove them from the feed, but they'll still exist on the site. All that does is remove it from the timeline. To fully remove it from the site, delete it directly from the photo view page.
