Phpbb integration

I was wondering how come no one wants to create a phpbb 3 integration I as well as several other people have been asking for one as far back as 2008, just what is the reason no one wants to do it ?

Probably because it's a lot of work that will take time and money. But there's already an excellent forum that's fully integrated with Dolphin: PKForum. I recommend taking a look at it.

I need to use phpbb as it has certain mods and features I use.

With Dolphin Connect, it should be more doable (assuming all you want/need is linking Dolphin accounts). You'll still need to hire somebody to do this, however. I imagine there's not much demand, so you'd need to finance the development.
